Workout Routines

A workout routine describes a series of workouts done over a period of days. For example, you can create a seven day routine that describes which workout you are schedule to do each day of the week. You can then go to the workout schedule and apply this routine to your schedule, for a week, a month, etc. This makes it easy to plan your workouts ahead of time. It is especially useful if you are training for a special event (5K, marathon, etc.)
