Workout Plans
|
A workout plan describe how a specific workout is intended to be done.
Workout plans can be used for scheduling a single workout or within a workout routine.
You can automatically adapt your workout plan based on your performance.
For example, if you plan on squating 100 lbs and you actually squat 110,
when you save your workout it will automatically adapt your workout plan so that the
next workout will plan for you to squat 110. (Of course, when saving a particular workout if
you do not want to adapt the corresponding plan, you can simply uncheck the 'Adapt my workout plan' checkbox.)
