Body Water Percentage is a measure of the percentage of a person's body weight that is made up of water.
Many body fat scales also show the amount of water your body has outside of fat. The don't show the water that
is inside fat as this could lead to confusion. So the more body fat you have, the lower it will
show your body water percentage. Below are the healthy ranges for body water percentage.
