Still Super Busy

Well, my GripIron score always seems to reflect how healthy my week is.  And seeing that it's been a long time since I've broken thirty points, it's a clear reflection of how much work has been interfering with my good fitness habits.  And it doesn't look like the work schedule will lighten up anytime in the near future.  Plus with two little ones at home, I try to help when I can.  My wife is exhausted.   And I've slide from 1st to 22nd in the GFL.   So while I'm not on top of the GripIron standings anymore, at least I know that the scoring system seems to be a good measure of  progress (or in my case of my busy life).  I'm going to try to make this week a winning week, and I'm starting out at -41.  I think I need to focus this week on stretching as my back is really tight and some basic cardio.  Nothing to ambitious this week.

Looks like it's a perfect match. I've been going downhill for a while. I haven't been challenging myself, and I just came off a REALLY crappy month in the BLC challenge. Lucky the people who made my life miserable have left the challenge, and I should be able to refocus on ME and MY journey, and not on a bunch of DRAMA. I need to figure out how to mix up my workouts, but how to do that without dropping any tennis will be a challenge....but I'm really sick of having negative points every week. So, I hope you know I totally understand where you're coming from, and maybe we can both climb out of this hole together :-)
