About jswesner

I was active in high school.  College led to gaining 45 pounds.  I have been out of school for over a year and already lost ten of it.  I love weight lifting.  Cardio works on my body, but I get so bored.  I really want to make a difference in this world.  I would love to help obese children.  First I need to get my body ultra healthy!

Hi there!  You've been added to the Spark League here now.  You enter your measurements and workouts here and the scores are calculated automatically.  I post the Spark League results on SP once a week.  You can enter your measurements any day of the week you want.  If you enter them multiple times during the week, your best measurements are already taken.  You also enter your workouts on here using your workout calendar (click on the Workouts tab on your player page).  You qualified on Saturday by entering a measurement and you are now ranked.    You have a bye week this week due to an odd number of players, but next week you will be schedule for a game in the Spark League.  But you already have a game in the GripIron Fitness League this week, so you can get a sense of what the game play is like.  Best of luck with your fitness goals!

Welcome to the Gripiron community! That is great that you want to help out obese children, I realy believe they need to b educated on the importance of a healthy diet an need to learn that there is alot of ways to exercise that are fun and helpful.
